To gain more terrain, you need to surround it with STONE WALLS.
When you surround a piece of land... And put the last stone into place.
... All the water will disappear and the walls will lose their green dot, meaning you won't get a cashback when you erase them.
You can NOT surround or kill water with a pirate or an ocean(dark water) in it. This must be allowed to flow to the side of the map. (For Go players: this water is unconditionally alive)
