 Some houses and buildings have a complex structure. This is mostly for the higher nobility and for larger churches like cathedrals.

For example this Viscount, which is a very high ranking nobleman, needs a house with a salon, a bedroom and a vestibule. Everything is connected by innerdoors. You cannot use a normal door as inner door.
